What does this result mean?
A.  The bacteria are citrate-positive.

Yes, the tube started off with the green color seen in the top tube, and it changed to blue because of the utilization of citrate in the agar. 

In our limited lab exercise this means that colony type 2 is Klebsiella pneumoniae.
