What test do you do next?
C.  Bacitracin (A disk)

Yes, this test is used to differentiate beta-hemolytic streptococci - Streptococcus pyogenes (Group A strept) from other beta-hemolytic streptococci that sometimes cause disease such as Group B strep (S. agalactiae).  There is another choice of culture-based tests that is more appropriate today.  There is also a rapid test that could be used.  Pick that test out, too.
